OBLIGATION OF Jnw Restoration LLC. / SERVICE PROVIDER: Jnw Restoration LLC. agrees to provide the service for coverage herein stated during three years from the date of delivery of the item(s) described on this certificate. If within the three years after delivery, an item becomes accidentally stained or damaged during normal residential use you cannot remove the stain or repair the item yourself following the procedures recommend, Jnw Restoration LLC., under the coverage terms listed below will remove the stain or repair the damage at no cost to you. If the stain or damage cannot be removed or repaired so as to return item to its preexisting condition, Jnw Restoration LLC., will, at its sole option, replace the affected portion or the complete item. Replacement items will be the same as or similar to the original item purchased, provided the price of the replacement does nor exceed the original purchase price.

Jnw Restoration LLC. Will provide all the services and fictional parts that maybe necessary to maintain proper operation of the product under normal operation and services, for the item(s) covered under this program, for the duration of the service contract without additional charges to the purchaser for the item(s) covered on this certificate.  

LENGTH OF COVERAGE: Three years from delivery date.

OBLIGATION OF CUSTOMER: Customer failure to maintain items in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines will void Jnw Restoration Furniture Services obligations under the agreement. 

SERVICE PROCEDURES: Service may include any or all of the following:

. Jnw Restoration LLC. will provide free professional stain removal or repair advice to aid in immediate cleaning or repair.

. If damage or stain persists, Jnw Restoration LLC. will have the item serviced by a professional technician at no charge in customer’s home.

. If the technician determines cleaning or repairs must be made off-site, the item will be removed at no cost to the customer.

. If the technician cannot remove the stain or repair the item, Jnw Restoration LLC. will replace the affected area. If the affected area/item cannot be replaced, the customer can select a new replacement piece equal in value to the original purchase price of the damaged item. Repair or replacement is limited to the affected item only. Jnw Restoration LLC. is not responsible for dye lot variations or manufacturer’s discontinuation.

Upholstered FABRIC Furniture Plan / COVERAGE: Household food and beverage product stains, human and pet bodily fluids, Rips, tears, burns and punctures, structural defects to frame such as warp age and frame breakage, breakage and bending of metal components, and all electronical devices. Extends all manufacturer’s warranties to a total of 3 years.

GENERAL TERMS / OBTAINING SERVICE: The customer(s) shown on the sales receipt for this agreement is/are the only person(s) eligible for coverage’s under this agreement. Owner must report incident to Jnw Restoration LLC. within (7) days of the date the stain or damage occurs. NOTE: Use only those cleaning products and procedures provided or recommended by Jnw Restoration LLC. Use of any other cleaning products and/or procedures will void this warranty. The Customer shall reasonably cooperate with Jnw Restoration LLC. in its efforts to perform its obligations under this warranty. Failure to comply with these requirements will void this warranty.  

WARRANTY EXLUSIONS:

This limited warranty does not apply to stains caused by items other than those mentioned above. Nor does it apply to furniture located outdoors, on patios or screened rooms where it may be directly exposed to other elements.

 The customer does have a choice by the amount provided. The agreement is only applied to customer if paid in the full amount of $400.00. This amount covers a total of 3 yrs. If customer decides to purchase a warranty for only one yr., that amount would then be for $150.00. If customer purchases the warranty for 2 yrs., the amount would then be for $300.00.

This agreement is not renewable, or transferable. This agreement does not include a manufacture warranty.
